qoxndh currently accepts orders for delivery to:

Ireland, France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece, Cyprus, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovenia and Croatia.

Availability may depend on the delivery address, product and checkout configuration.

3. Contracting party

Purchases made through qoxndh.shop are concluded with JT HANDEL ApS.

4. Product information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product names, descriptions, specifications, images, prices and availability information are accurate.

Essential product characteristics are displayed on the relevant product page before purchase.

Minor visual differences may occur due to screen settings, photography or normal manufacturing variations.

5. Availability

Products are offered subject to availability.

If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, we will inform the customer and refund any amount paid for that unavailable product where appropriate.

6. Prices and currencies

Prices may be displayed in different currencies depending on country, market or storefront configuration.

The price and currency shown during checkout before payment are the amounts applicable to the order.

Mandatory charges imposed by us will be shown before the order is completed.

7. VAT, customs and import charges

For orders delivered within the EU, VAT and other applicable seller-side charges will be handled according to applicable requirements and checkout information.

For Norway, customs, VAT or import-related requirements may apply depending on applicable Norwegian rules.

Before submitting an order, customers can review and correct their order information.

By selecting the final order or payment button, the customer submits the order in accordance with the checkout process.

9. Payment

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

Orders are generally processed only after successful payment authorisation.

10. Processing and delivery

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery time depends on destination and carrier.

The Shipping Policy forms part of these Terms.

11. Cancellation and withdrawal

Customers may have statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights depending on applicable law.

EU consumers generally have a 14-day statutory withdrawal right for distance purchases unless a legal exception applies.

qoxndh also offers a voluntary 30-day return policy subject to the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy.

12. Product conformity and consumer rights

Mandatory rights relating to defective, damaged or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.

13. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation would be prohibited by mandatory law.

14. Governing law

To the extent legally permitted, these Terms and the operation of qoxndh.shop are governed by Danish law.

Consumers in another EU or EEA country are not deprived of mandatory consumer protection rights available to them under applicable local law.
